Objectives and Skills Acquired
The course is designed to train operators capable of ensuring safe conditions within venues and during events, managing public access and controlling entry and exit flows, collaborating with the Event Security Operations Group (G.O.S.) and the relevant authorities, applying emergency, evacuation, and first aid procedures, and promoting appropriate public behavior while managing interpersonal conflicts.
The training complies with the guidelines of the Ministry of the Interior and provides a legally valid certification.
Training Program
The course is structured into three main areas that combine theory, practical exercises, and operational simulations.
The Public Order area focuses on the relevant regulations, security protocols, venue management, and G.O.S. procedures. It also includes basic English language elements for managing international spectators.
The Psychological and Social area addresses communication skills, service orientation, conflict management, and assistance to people with disabilities.
The Technical area concentrates on practical procedures for access control, crowd management, and flow regulation, with training in simulated scenarios and final assessment tests.
Duration and delivery: theoretical and practical training, combining classroom sessions with operational exercises at authorized venues.
Practical Training with Qualified Instructors
The course is delivered by certified instructors from law enforcement, private security, and event management sectors.
Lessons alternate between theoretical sessions, exercises, and realistic simulations to ensure comprehensive training that can be immediately applied in the field.
